Important Information & Guidelines
  • Drivers in Bali can only speak manageable English and provide basic information about places in tour. If you need a proper guide who can accompany you during tours and provide detailed information, then a licensed guide can be provided at extra cost.
  • Effective 1-Sept-2025, Traveler are require to declare their arrival information via "AllIndonesia Mobile apps" or via online https://allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id , up to 3 days before entering to Indonesia
  • Vehicle provided is based on the number of people travelling. Extra charges will be applicable if additional vehicles (or vehicle with bigger capacity) are required due to travellers carrying extra or oversized luggage.
  • Seat in coach (SIC) transfers implies that transfers will be in a shared bus which will have other co-passengers. You are requested to be at the place of pick up / hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before pickup time. Sometime you may have to wait for a period of about 30-45 minutes depending upon traffic, location of the hotel on the route and picking up of other guests.
  • For any change in pickup timing of private tours/transfers, request has to be made at least 24 hours in advance in the Telegram app. Any request for last minute changes would not be considered.
  • You are required to fill Customs Declaration online before arrival at Bali. The Bali Customs Declaration Form can be downloaded from the Indonesian customs website or obtained at the airport upon arrival.   • As with any tropical destination, expect bugs in Bali. Mosquitoes are the most common ones, and repellants are usually easily available, and suggested for travel.
  • Snakes could be a common occurrence in Hotels in Ubud Area. Suggested not to walk barefoot through garden areas of the hotel after dark. Check with hotel reception on dos and donts for the specific property
  • Please make sure that the passport of all guests travelling is valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
  • We can only facilitate the visa application for the travelling passengers. Granting of visa is solely at the discretion of Embassy. If visa is rejected or delayed by the Embassy for any reason then we are not liable to give any refund and respective cancellation policies will apply.

Following Your Day Wise Scheduled Itinerary For This Tour

Day 1 - Arrival at Bali

Arrival at Bali International Airport Ngurah Rai (DPS). Our representative will welcome you at the airport then transfer to your hotel.

Day 2 - Full Day Ubud with Kintamani and Volcano

Have breakfast at the hotel and proceed for full day tour of Ubud and Kintamani. With the smoky Agung Volcano in the backdrop, Mount and Lake Batur will keep you mesmerised. Take a stop to watch the famous Barong and Keris dance performance at Singapadu Village. Visit Celuk the center of gold and silver works, Mas the center of woodcarvings, Ubud the center of Balinese paintings, Goa Gajah (elephant cave) and the holy springs of Tirta Empul at Tampaksiring.

Day 3 - Water Sports Half Day - Uluwatu Kecak Dance

Experience Tanjung Benoa beach with the water recreational rides; banana boat, jet ski, and flying fish. You will have 1 time of Banana boat where you sit on an inflatable boat with banana shape and pulled by a speed boat moving around Tanjung Benoa costal water. 1 time ride on personal watercraft called jet ski guided by instructor, and 1 time ride of inflatable boat in flying fish-shaped, will be pulled by a speedboat with a high speed so it can lift and fly into the air. Your speedboat captain will bring you to the ocean to ride your flying fish boat.

In the evening proceed for tour of Uluwatu Temple. Hanging on a cliff 100 m above the ocean, Uluwatu Temple is a great sight. In the meanwhile, you see the Kecak Dance performed by 50 dancers. Matter of fact, this dance is the only one based on vocals than instrument, dating far back into Balinese history, prior to the use of instruments.

This activity can be combined with Uluwatu temple tour (without Kecak)

Not suitable for pregnant women, people with heart problem, people is respiratory problem, currently has a sinus problem, recently has ear infection, has claustrophobia problem.
Please pay attention to the monkeys at Uluwatu Temple. It is important to remove shiny materials (earrings, necklace, hair-clips, glasses, etc) which may attract their curiosity
Kecak Dance Tickets need to be purchased on the spot, and are subject to availability on the day of travel.

Day 4 - Full Day Monkey Forest with Taman Ayun Temple and Tanah Lot

Today's tour, you will be taken to Taman Ayun Royal Family Temple at Mengwi Village and there after tour to Alas Kedaton Monkey Forest. Final stop will be at spectacular Tanah Lot Temple which stands proudly inside the ocean on the rock. Shopping time is available on this visit for any kind of Balinese handicraft products good for souvenirs and or for collection. Best recommendation to reach Tanah Lot at least 5 PM for sunset view (if weather permitted).

Day 5 - Full Day North Bali Tour

Proceed for a full day tour of North Bali starting with Bedugul fruit and vegetable market where local products are supplied. We move on to visit Ulun danu Temple – a peaceful Hindu temple on the banks of Lake Beratan. We then head north to cross the ridge of Bali’s central mountain range on the way to Lovina, north Bali most famous and exotic beach resort, while seeing Gitgit waterfalls enroute. On the way back, a stop will be be made at Banjar village hot spring.

Day 6 - Bali Safari and Marine Park

Ride on the back of an elephant! Your Elephant Back Safari ticket will give you access to a fun and truly unforgettable experience. Your ticket includes access to our amazing shows, a safari journey and our aquarium. Child between 3 - 12 years old (Free for child below 3 years)

Day 7 - Departure from Bali

Transfer to Bali International Airport Ngurah Rai (DPS).
