Important Information & Guidelines
  • Please note, all entrants to Dubai Dolphinarium need an NOL card. It should have a credit of at least AED 5 (for each guest) to enter Creek Park. This charge is made by Dubai Municipality and is to be paid directly. In case, the guests don't have an NOL card, they can purchase at the gate for AED 25 by CASH.
  • Tourism Dirham Fee is 10 AED (3*), 15 AED (4*) and 20 AED (5*) per room per night which needs to be paid at time of check-in or check-out (as per hotel policy).
  • Vehicle provided is based on the number of people travelling. Extra charges will be applicable if additional vehicles (or vehicle with bigger capacity) are required due to travellers carrying extra or oversized luggage.
  • If the stay is outside city area, there will be extra charges applicable for both private and shared transfers. These charges have to be paid directly before boarding the vehicle.
  • Private Transfers doesn't imply that the Vehicle is on Disposal. The vehicle will only pick you and drop you at the attraction at specified timings. Maximum waiting time in private tours/transfers is 15 minutes from the time of pickup. If you are not found at the pickup point within time, it will be considered a No Show.
  • Seat in coach (SIC) transfers implies that transfers will be in a shared bus which will have other co-passengers. You are requested to be at the place of pick up / hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before pickup time. Sometime you may have to wait for a period of about 30-45 minutes depending upon traffic, location of the hotel on the route and picking up of other guests.
  • The pickup timings for shared (SIC) transfers are subject to change (prepone or postpone) based on your hotel location and the route of the pickup vehicle. Any change will be intimated by message on our support channel.
  • Maximum waiting time in shared (SIC) pickups is 5 minutes. The guide/driver will look for you in the lobby, concierge area or call the hotel room. If no answer is received from room, the guide/driver will leave after waiting for 5 minutes and it will be considered a No Show.
  • For pickup and drop to residential area, pickup can only be done in private vehicle and there will be extra surcharge applicable payable directly at the time of pickup.
  • Check-in time in Dubai is 3 pm. You may need to wait if you reach early as early check-in is not guaranteed.
  • Room sizes in following hotels are small e.g. City Max (215 sq ft), Howard Johnson (260 sq ft), City Season Towers (240 sq ft). Opt for apartments or 4 star hotels to get larger rooms.
  • If you are traveling with elderly people or infants or pregnant women, then Desert Safari is not advisable for you. You can opt for desert safari without dune bashing in that case.
  • All tours and transfers are on SIC (Seat in Coach basis) unless converted to Private. Tours may include multiple pickup points (4-5 hotels) for other passengers.
  • If you staying in a hotel located in Deira, for most of the shared tours/transfers, you may be one of the first to be picked and last to be dropped. Thus it is recommended to upgrade to private transfers.
  • In case you are opting for Dhow Cruise or Desert Safari with Dinner, the food quality on the Cruise or Desert Safari may not be good and you may not like it.
  • All Dubai Hotels charge Tourism Fee in AED, which needs to be paid at the time of check-in or check-out from the hotel.
  • While visiting Abu Dhabi Grand Mosque all travelers need to follow dress code. Long, loose fitting, ankle length trousers or skirts for women and men. Women must wear a headscarf.
  • Please be aware that shared safari experiences involve seating arrangements with other guests, and specific seats (e.g., front or middle) are subject to availability. The last row may also feel slightly cozier compared to other seats. If there are any conditions where auto-assigned seats are not preferred, please consider upgrading to a Private vehicle for an additional charge.
  • Carrying alcohol in vehicle or while on tour is not allowed. There is heavy fine of AED 50,000 if caught.
  • Once the trip has started, the schedules for drivers and sightseeing activities are already set and cannot be changed. We will do our best to accommodate any adjustments if possible. However, please understand that if we are unable to make any changes, no refunds will be provided in case of cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.
  • It is recommended to buy a SIM card with data before coming out of airport in Dubai. This will help you to get in touch with drivers easily as WhatsApp calls do not work in Dubai.
  • Any changes communicated directly to the driver will not be honored. All requests for changes must be made through our support channel during the trip.
  • Please note that drivers will not contact guests directly through mobile phone or room numbers due to potential language barriers. All coordination will be handled through our support app. Guests are kindly asked to be punctual at the hotel lobby for pick-up to prevent any delays or the need for alternative transportation, which would be at their own expense.
  • We would like to inform you that our airport representatives, drivers, and service Point staff may request your permission to take photographs during your journey. This practice helps us ensure that our services remain consistent and of the highest quality.
  • Please make sure that the passport of all guests travelling is valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
  • We can only facilitate the visa application for the travelling passengers. Granting of visa is solely at the discretion of Embassy. If visa is rejected or delayed by the Embassy for any reason then we are not liable to give any refund and respective cancellation policies will apply.

Following Your Day Wise Scheduled Itinerary For This Tour

Day 1 - Arrival into Dubai - Check-in - Canal Cruise with Dinner

You will be met by our representative at the Airport Arrival Terminal. Our representative will be holding a signage card with your Name written on it. You will then be escorted to waiting vehicle for transfer to hotel.

Want to enjoy stunning views of the Dubai shoreline. Well! The New Dubai Canal Cruise and experience fascinating Dubai views and the true sights of the Dubai city. Get a highlight of the new Dubai landmarks such as the Sheikh Zayed road waterfall bridge, the Ras Al Khor Sanctuary, the Business Bay comprising of the JW Marriott Marquis and the iconic Burj Khalifa, and much more. The Dhow Cruise sails along the Dubai shores for two and half hours and includes welcome drinks, delicious international buffet dinner, the traditional Tanoura dance show, and much more.

Day 2 - Limousine Ride - Dubai Dolphinarium

Have a luxurious limousine ride in Dubai. Bringing you once in a lifetime opportunity to ride in luxury and class, in a stretch limousine, cruising in the streets of the city of gold - Dubai. Being known for its architecture, neck breaking skyscrapers and monuments, Dubai offers you the best of all the worlds. To roam around, to explore and to enjoy the city's vast connection of plush roads is something else when traveling and sightseeing in a stretch limousine.

Proceed to Dubai Dolphinarium. Home to unique attractions, the Dolphinarium welcomes over 30,000 guests per month and is based in beautiful Creek Park. Choose from one of 3 options and take your seat in the 1,250-seat arena. Get up close to bottlenose dolphins and playful northern fur seals and marvel at their acrobatics and skills as they dance, sing, juggle, play ball, jump through hoops.

Day 3 - Helicopter Ride - Burj Khalifa

Experience an exciting helicopter flight taking off from the Skydive Marina. Fly over the breath-taking world wonders like the palm jumeirah, the atlantis hotel, and the world islands. As the aerial sight-seeing gaze continues at the famous Dubai shorelines and beaches, be amazed with the stunning burg al arab, the 7-star hotel, and burj khalifa, the tallest building in the world. You get to see the Old Dubai as well like the Heritage Wind Towers, The Old Souk, and the Dubai Creek. This helicopter tour is a must try experience when visiting Dubai.

Transfer to Dubai Mall, one of the largest malls in the world and home to over 1200 stores. Later proceed to the Top of Burj Khalifa, World's Tallest Tower. Burj Khalifa visit begins in the reception area on the lower ground level of The Dubai Mall. Here and throughout your journey, you will be entertained and informed by a multi-media presentation that chronicles Dubai's exotic history and the fascinating story of Burj Khalifa. Begin your vertical ascent to the observation deck in a high-speed elevator, travelling at 10 metres per second. As the doors open on the 124th Floor, floor-to-ceiling glass walls provide a breath-taking unobstructed 360-degree view of the city, desert & ocean. Spend half an hour at the top and then come down, and at 7 pm watch the Dubai Fountains come alive. There is a 10 minute show every 20 minutes and its lovely to watch the largest fountain in the world.

Day 4 - Abu Dhabi Grand Mosque Visit + Ferrari Theme Park with Transfers

Proceed for full day tour of Abu Dhabi with Ferrari Theme Park. We start our Abu Dhbai City tour in the morning and our journey will start from Dubai will take you past the Jebel Ali Port, the largest man-made port in the entire world on the road to Abu Dhabi. On arrival at Abu Dhabi head to the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, to admire the white marble courtyards and prayer rooms of this vast, modern masterpiece. Please ensure proper dress code while visiting. In the afternoon visit Ferrari World. Ferrari World is Situated on the Yas island, FWAD has a surface area of 200,000 square meters, all under cover, which makes it the biggest indoor park in the world. There are over 20 attractions for visitors to enjoy, from the must futuristic such as Formula Rossa, the worlds fastest rollercoaster, which can accelerate its cars from 0 to 240 kmh in the same time as a Formula 1 car, to the four dimensional Speed of Magic. Return back to hotel in the evening.

Day 5 - Free Day at Leisure - Shopping + Dubai Marina

Today after breakfast proceed for shopping. You can visit Deira City Center or Meena Bazaar, where you get branded items at reasonable prices. In the afternoon head to Wafi Mall, where you can again shop and have some good dining experience. Later in the afternoon go to Dubai Marina and spend time at The Walk at Dubai Marina. Its a area filled with shops, close to the beach and is buzzing with activities and people. Spend a few hours at Dubai Marina, you can also have dinner there and then return back to hotel in the night.

Day 6 - Departure from Dubai

You will be picked up from Hotel's lobby at the time confirmed. Please be available at the lobby 15 minutes before the time given and you will be transferred to the airport for your flight.
